We are a small, friendly running club based at Garforth Squash Club, just off Ninelands Lane, Garforth, Leeds.
The club runs twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday evenings. We meet at 19:15 in the lobby and run at 19:30. Various groups set off at the same time, so you can choose your distance on the night!
We have around 70 members of various abilities and standards, for example total beginners, 5k and 10k runners, first time and habitual marathon runners and beyond! Our age group ranges from 22 to 71.
The club organises its own social and handicap races and takes part in many organised races from 5k to marathons, cross country and off road.
So whether you're new to running or just trying to knock of those last few seconds (or inches!), why not come down and join us and let us get you going in the right direction.

Runner of the year
Each year the commitee select a runner who has done well in a recent event, improved or given an outstanding contribution to the club. This month's runner of the year is Helen Cowley.
